A bit about me

Hi!

I’m Karim. I’m a diversity bomb, scared to embrace his spiritual side. But, with a little nudge from my friends, I became The DEI Oracle.

I combine inner knowing with industry knowledge to center the voices of under-represented groups within your organization. Combining mind, body and heart to create holistic approaches to inclusion.

I focus creating moments of connection and integrating your team’s experiences to make sure everyone in your space feels seen, heard and understood. Together, we’ll discover the benefits of creating space for more alignment, creativity and innovation.

With one foot in communication and the other in systemic change, I help you make your spaces as inclusive as they can be.
